Our Policy
CANCELLATION
Cancel for free up to 48 hours ahead, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellation or 100% for not showing up.
Please respect your stylist’s time.
PRE-WASH
All clients arrive to their Balayage or Highlights
appointment with clean hair.
(recommended 12-24 hours prior to appointment)
